VegAuto is a company that provides kits for converting diesel fueled vehicles to run on new or used vegetable oil, biodiesel and of course still run on diesel! VegAuto sells conversion kits from $600 to $1500 and installations cost around $1500, it may seem a little expensive but you can pickup veggie oil for free from restaurants that are typically happy to get rid of it and you get to help reduce emissions!
One of VegAuto’s most famous conversions were two Green Trucks, a mobile organic gourmet Mercedes Benz & Cummins powered coaches back in 2007.
